Tips for Success:
- Charge the Wand fully for 2 hours before the first use. Do not overcharge the Wand or charge overnight. Please avoid using "fast chargers", as that will adversely affect the battery life of the Wand.
- If your Wand is not charging or not holding a charge, please try using a different charging block and outlet than you normally do. If you have a different micro-USB cord, we would suggest trying that as well.
- The length of each session will determine how often the Wand needs to be charged. If you are using the Wand for 5 min each session then you should get about 12 sessions from one full charge. If you use it for the full 30 min each time you should get about two sessions.
- Use our Skin Therapy Activating Serum to distribute the microcurrent.
- Hold the Wand at the bottom when you are using it, as this is necessary to complete the circuitry.
- The Wand is touch-activated when in contact with hydrated skin (the Wand won't activate on dry skin). In instances where the Wand stops mid-session, it may be because you need to apply more serum or it needs to be charged (the light at the bottom will blink momentarily when it needs to be charged).
- Try to maintain contact with your skin as you move the Wand to different areas.
- If the Wand stops after you remove it from your skin, this is normal. The sensor has detected that the Wand is no longer in contact with your skin and deactivates.
- If the Wand turns off during use and does not need to be charged, set it down on a flat surface for 15 seconds. Then pick up the Wand and pinch the head to reactivate. If it does not reactivate, set it down for 30 sec. Note: “over-pinching” can confuse the sensor. Just pinch the head firmly and hold for 1 sec to reactivate. If the Wand does not reactivate, do not pinch over and over. Set it down for 30 sec and try again.
