Proper Charging Technique
- Charge your Bye Acne fully for +/- 30 minutes before your first use.
- Only use a 5V adapter (like a normal iPhone or Android block) or computer USB port.
- Avoid fast chargers as they can damage the battery.
- To charge the device, insert the USB-C cable into the device. Insert the USB-A side of the cable into a USB power supply.
- The lifetime of the lithium battery can be maximized by allowing it to fully charge and then fully discharge during regular use. This means charging it overnight is not advised.
- Before charging, make sure that the plug and socket are completely dry. Failure to do so may result in electric shock, short circuit, or fire.
Can Bye Acne be used while charging?
No. Always unplug the device before use. The device will not work while being charged.
How long will it take to fully charge?
About 30 minutes should get it to be fully charged.
Can I use the same charging cord as my Solawave Wand?
The cords are different. This is because the Wand charging cord is USB Micro-B to USB-A. The Bye Acne uses USB-C instead of USB Micro-B.
