What areas can I use it on?
The Solawave Neck & Chest Rejuvenating Mask is intended for cosmetic use on the neck and décolleté on healthy, normal skin. If you have any questions or concerns, please consult your physician before using the Mask.
Can everyone use the Neck & Chest Rejuvenating Mask?
The Mask is not recommended for those who are under the age of 18, are subject to seizures or photosensitivity, have skin cancer, or have a known allergy to silicone or plastics. Do not use the Mask if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. The Mask has not been tested on pregnant or breast-feeding women and therefore the risk to the fetus, neonate, or pregnant women is unknown.
Please review the Contraindications and Warnings section of the Instruction Manual for more information. If you have any medical concerns, medical illness, medical conditions such as epilepsy, or recent surgery in the area of the neck or chest, please consult your physician before using the Mask.
Does the Neck & Chest Rejuvenating Mask give off heat?
Yes, it produces a low level of warmth.
How do I turn on/off the Neck & Chest Rejuvenating Mask?
Turn on and off the device by pushing the on/off button on the controller for about 2 seconds.
How do I clean my Neck & Chest Rejuvenating Mask?
You may clean the Mask using a water or 70% alcohol-based wipe. Ensure the Mask is not connected to the power supply when cleaning. Do not submerge the Mask in water or apply water directly to the Mask.
